1. Purchase the Voucher: If needed, slowczech can modify the voucher value that aligns with the desired learning journey. The voucher will be sent in PDF or PNG format by email.
2. Initial Consultation: Upon purchase, your friend or family member will be scheduled for a free consultation session.
3. Meeting Vendy, Our Matchmaker: This consultation is led by Vendy, our amazing  matchmaker. She will assess the current language level, understand the learning objectives, and clarify any preferences.
4. Tailored Matching: Based on the consultation, Vendy will identify and recommend the most suitable tutor(s) and learning paths within slowczech, ensuring an optimal fit for the learning journey.
5. Finalization and Scheduling: Once a match is made, the next steps, including scheduling sessions and accessing resources, will be communicated.
6. Begin Tailored Learning Journey: With everything in place, your friend or family member can embark on personalized Czech learning experience.
