Our ZOOM courses follow the Prague zone (Central European Time). When the time changes (summer/winter), the tutor will discuss the options with you and/or your group.

Four times a year. You will know from our newsletter or social media. Apply directly via "enroll" button.
We teach children from the age of 5. Mostly online. Offline courses by arrangement.
We have limited offer right now. We teach in Brno center in slowczech office. And in Prague (Chodov, Pankrát, the end of C metro line) at your place.
We do! In Brno and in Prague. Follow our calendar or social media (IG, FB) to see the dates.
There is no limited access. Once you have purchased an e-shop course or ebook, you can keep it for life.
Cancellation
If you are not happy or anyhow change your mind, you have a right to cancel within 14 days. We will send you money back using the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different payment method.
You need to contact your tutor at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. If you do not attend a lesson or failure to notify the tutor, your lesson is considered a forfeited lesson. More details in Lesson Policies.
Contact us via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a win-win solution. Keep however in mind that by starting lessons with slowczech you accepted our Lesson Policies.
Unfortunatelly we cannot give you money back. The best option for you is to find a replacement for yourself.
Billing and invoicing
It depends on the course you have chosen. Individual courses are paid directly to your tutor. Group lessons are organized by slowczech, thus registration fee is paid to slowczech. More details in our Policies.
Payments can be made via the following methods: PayPal, Czech bank account transfer, Wise, Revolut, PaySend. When purchasing a course in our eshop, you pay by card or PayPal.
Yes, you can. Just send us an email to chose the details of Benefit Plus payment.
Payment of the individual or group course can be made in the form of your choice.
