How to join the Immersion Program

Before you do, please read this carefully.

By joining the Immersion Program, you agree that:

🎈 This is not a membership.

It is a 4-month Immersion Program running from 5 October 2026 to 5 February 2027.

🎈 You are reserving your place for the whole 4-month program.

Payment is made in 4 monthly instalments and continues even if you miss lessons, participate less, travel, or take a break.

Your place, tutors, group structure, community access, Skool content, learning resources and the whole Immersion experience are reserved for you for the full program.

🎈 What is included in your Immersion Program?

• 2 × Real Life Practice every week
• Monday Real Life Practice: 18:00–19:00 českého času
• Wednesday Real Life Practice: 18:00–19:00 českého času
• 2 Czech levels, so you can practise with people closer to where your Czech is now
• 1 shared Real Life Practice every month where both levels meet together — more voices, different people and less predictability, so your practice gets even closer to real Czech life
• Sunday community calls
• Immersive videos and podcasts inside Skool (changing monthly based on your goals)
• 2 × 30-minute individual 1:1 sessions (after your 14-day experience period if new, to be used within the first 2 months)
• Real-life stories, dialogues and Czech you can actually use
• Worksheets and self-reflection materials (changing monthly)
• The private Immersion community on Skool
• 4-month support from the slowczech tutors
• Goal setting, group progress reflections and individual progress reflections (monthly)
• Additional Immersion resources and bonuses that may be added during this specific cohort (workshops, games, other live or Telegram experiences...)

The exact content and additional resources may evolve during the program as we continue improving the Immersion experience.

🎈 There are 2 Czech levels inside the program.

You join the level that fits you best at the beginning of the program.

And you are not stuck there 🙂

If during the program you realise another level would serve you better, you can request to switch levels with at least 2 weeks' notice.

We will look at your Czech, your real-life needs and the available space in the groups before confirming the change.

And once every month, both levels meet together.

Why?

Because real Czech life doesn't organise people neatly according to language level. 🙂

You will hear different voices, different ways of speaking and different people, and practise reacting in a situation that is closer to real life than ever.

🎈 The live sessions are designed to give you flexibility.

You do not need to attend every single lesson to remain part of the program.

The sessions are designed as individual speaking experiences, so missing one lesson does not mean you have "fallen behind".

However, missed lessons cannot be refunded, rescheduled, transferred or carried forward.

🎈 No lessons take place on Czech public holidays or during the Christmas break.

Public holidays:
28 October 2026, 17 November 2026, 24 December 2026, 25 December 2026, 26 December 2026, 1 January 2027.

Christmas break:
21 December 2026 – 3 January 2027.

There are no Real Life Practice sessions during these dates.

Monthly instalments remain the same during months containing public holidays or the Christmas break.

You are paying for your reserved place in the complete 4-month Immersion Program, not for an individual number of lessons in each calendar month.

🎈 New to the Immersion Program?

14-day experience for 2,000 CZK.

You step into the full Immersion Program from day one.

If you decide within the first 14 days that Immersion is not for you, you can request a refund so that the total amount you pay for the 14-day experience is 2,000 CZK.

This also applies if you joined using a discount code.

The refund amount will simply be adjusted so that your final cost for the 14-day experience remains 2,000 CZK.

This option is available if you:

• have never attended a paid Immersion Program before
• attend all scheduled Real Life Practice sessions during this period (maximum 4)
• access and complete at least one immersive audio or video session
• join the Immersion community on Skool

Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@slowczech.com within 14 days from the start of the program, after attending all scheduled Real Life Practice sessions during this period.

After the first 14 days, your place remains reserved and all remaining payments apply regardless of participation.

🎈 Payments are non-refundable after the first 14 days.

Because your place, tutors, groups, resources and program structure are planned in advance, we don't offer refunds if you miss lessons, travel, step back, participate less, stop using the materials or change your mind.

Choosing not to attend lessons, use the materials or participate in the community does not cancel the remaining agreed instalments.

🎈 This is an active experience.

Immersion is not about waiting until your Czech is ready.

You step in, speak, react, listen, experiment, make mistakes and start using the Czech you already have.

The program gives you many opportunities to practise. You decide how actively you use them.

🎈 1:1 support is not included in the 14-day experience.

If you continue in the program after the 14-day experience period, you will receive 2 × 30-minute 1:1 sessions with a tutor from the Immersion team.

These sessions must be used within the first two months of the program.

🎈 Your progress is your responsibility.

Tutors guide you, support you and create the conditions where you can practise.

You set your own real-life goals, show up when you can, use the Czech outside the lessons and decide how deeply you want to engage with the experience.

We cannot guarantee a specific language level, exam result, fluency outcome or personal achievement.

What we provide is the structure, opportunities, support, practice and environment in which your Czech can grow.

🎈 All program communication happens on the Skool platform.

This is where you'll find:

• worksheets and additional learning resources
• community discussions
• questions and tutor support
• progress reflections
• small wins and community celebrations
• new resources and bonuses added during the program

🎈 Immersion is a community experience.

The learning space is built on safety, respect and trust.

We ask everyone to contribute to a supportive and friendly atmosphere for other participants and tutors.

We reserve the right to end participation if someone's behaviour repeatedly disrupts lessons, disrespects participants or tutors, or goes against the Immersion community guidelines.

By enrolling, you reserve your place for the full 4-month program and commit to the complete program fee.

If you are new to Immersion, your first 14 days are covered by the 14-day experience described above, with a final cost of 2,000 CZK if you decide not to continue and meet the conditions listed above.

A 4-month speaking program for people who already know some Czech but still can’t really use it in real conversations.
