(55**) Kolik hodin denně spíte?

spanek„Dobré ráno, můj drahý!“

„Dobré ráno, má drahá, jak ses vyspala?“

„Mmmm, dorůžova*! A ty, jak ses vyspal?“ (*skvěle, nádherně, perfektně!)

„Báječně! Měl jsem navíc krásný sen – byli jsme spolu v Číně a procházeli se po Čínské zdi. A nikde ani jeden turista: jen my, starověká zeď a příroda.“

„Téda! Skvělé! Já si svůj sen nepamatuji. – Máš hlad?“

„Jo! Jako vlk! Dáme si velkou snídani?“ (jako vlk = opravdu velký hlad)

Co takle jít na brunch?“ (How about going

„Super nápad! Jdeme!“

To bylo víkendové probuzení Petry a Petra, mladého páru, který si rád přispí = přispat si znamená, že spíme déle, např. do 11 (hodin) místo do 8 (hodin). Jak dlouho spíte o víkendu vy? Já ráda vstávám brzy –  nejen o víkendu, ale vlastně každý den. Přivstanu si (to znamená tedy opak od přispat si) a jdu sportovat, čtu si, píšu,… A potom si dám s přítelem velkou pozdní snídani na balkoně. Ráda snídám dlouho, třeba i hodinu.

Kolik hodin denně spíte? Někteří lidé spí méně, např. 5 hodin denně. Jiní zase potřebují více spánku, např. 10 hodin. Já spím denně 6 hodin. Ráda si užívám dne! Spát mohu přeci v důchodu!

Dejte mi vědět, kolik hodin denně spíte a v kolik hodin vstáváte. Těším se na vaše reakce.
