  1. Hi Eliška, I noticed that the transcripts disappeared. I preferred your content over others because I could read along. Will they ever come back or is this a permanent change? Thanks for the reply.

    Ahoj Lauren,
díky za koment. Thats a valid one.
We decided to change a bit the content we are offering because we are offering too much for free. And language learning needs time and repetition without being overwhelmed.
However, if you are a serious learner, we are launching “slowczech Lab” in October. Place that will gather similar minded Czech learners from all around the world in Discord platform (unlimited discussions with fellow learners & your slowczech tutors is expected!). 2 conversation lessons per month. Premium content with specific topic and active speaking practise. Discount in eshop. And transcripts to all the episodes, free and premium ones 🙂

If you want to be notified about the opening and you are not on our newsletter list, you can do it here

    🙂

    Rose Marie,
it depends on what content and learning experience you are searching for 🙂
Slowczech is not just any other language podcast, it is slowczech! (haha, I had to write it)

But of course, 500 CZK is not just the transcript you can get with AI withing few seconds. 500 CZK includes active practise speaking with specific content (4 per month), unlimited discussions with fellow learners and tutors via Discord, 2 Czech language lessons a month and discounts in our eshop.

If you have any further questions, you can get in touch via contact form or directly on contact@slowczech.com. Dík 😉

Ahoj Eliško. Mám otazku. Proč “lektorka češtiny” ale “zkouška z češtiny”? is “z” necessary? for me, both phrases seem to follow genitive logic and no need to any preposition 🙂

    Ahoj Mary,
    To je skvělá otázka!

Zkouška + genitiv – zkouším/testuju věc, jestli ta věc funguje a jak – zkouška sirén, zkouška stěračů, zkouška kamery…

Zkouška z – testuju nějaký svůj soubor znalosti, zkouška z anatomie, z autoškoly, z češtiny…

Je to dobré nebo chceš víc příkladů?
