A dnes ti chci říct, jaké byly moje Vánoce v Bretani. Jen detail – jiné francouzské rodiny mají různé tradice. A já budu mluvit jenom o svojí bretonské rodině.

V Bretani jsme byli 22. prosince, 23. prosince, 24. prosince, 25. prosince a 26. prosince ráno jsme jeli zpátky do Česka.

A každý rok má nové vánoční recepty a nové nápady. Miluju jeho kuchyni, mmmmmm!

Babičky a dědečkové přijeli v 19:00. Asi 10x 🙂

A k tomu lokální brambory a sauce madère, tedy madeirská omáčka (Co to je? Madeirská omáčka obsahuje víno Madeira, šalotku a máslo).

25. prosince byly babičky a dědečkové ještě u nás doma. Odpočívali jsme. Diskutovali jsme. V poledne jsme společně obědvali. Na večerní aperitif jsme nebyli doma. Šli jsme jinam. Teta a strýc a sestřenice organizovali večerní apéritif. To není normální velká večeře, ale opět různé jednohubky a víno. A diskuze. Bylo nás asi 15. Diskuze trvala* 2 hodiny.

26. prosince v 7 hodin ráno jsme řekli “Na shledanou a brzy ahoj!” a jeli jsme směr Česko. Cesta byla dlouhá. Cesta trvala 17 hodin. Jaká byla cesta? No…

*dobrota = yummy thing
*unavující = tiring
*obdarovat = dát dárek
*jednohubky = malé dobroty, that you can put at once (jedno) in your mouth (huba)
*trvala, trvat, trvá = it takes some time

Eliška

business, mother, polyglote

I am slowczech founder and from my experience I know two things: beginners can understand words with time. And enjoyable input is vital for natural language acquisition. Many give up Czech due to old methods, irrelevant vocabulary or overwhelming grammar. Let’s change that and make learning Czech exciting and effective.
