Let’s Drill It, Baby

A Telegram audio course for those who dream of saying “s těma mýma dobrýma kamarádama” like it’s nothing — without checking grammar tables or praying it’s correct.

Are you done mentally flipping through grammar charts in their head or notebooks and instead… you are ready to finally look someone in the eyes and just speak.

""It's been very helpful for me in expanding my vocabulary and in seeing patterns in cases. This course really helped me, děkuju moc!"" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

⚪ Look how far you’ve already got:

🥇 You already have quite a lot of Czech in your mind.
🥇 It’s not hard for you anymore to connect with people.
🥇 You understand to some extent how Czech language works.
🥇 And you actually even enjoy grammar, because that phase of speaking simply and being understood is already behind you.

Today, you know that you’re already far… and that’s exactly why your progress is getting faster.

But one thing is still missing.

Not more knowledge. Not more lessons. What’s missing is that feeling…

🔴 That moment when Czech just flows:

That moment when your mouth opens and Czech just comes out = SMOOTH, CONFIDENT, CORRECT.

Not because you translated it in your head. Not because you remembered the rule.

But because it lives in you now like knedlíky on a Sunday plate. It’s just there. Obvious. Familiar. Yours :))

😊 You don’t want to analyze Czech anymore. You want to feel it. Use it like it’s yours. Because it is!!

😊 You want to stop speaking like someone who’s trying.. and start speaking like someone who just… does.

😊 You want your Czech to leave your mouth fluidly, without breaks to think about the endings of nouns, adjectives, pronouns… Because all those together:

“S těmhlech…? těmto… těma dobrýma… dobrými? kamarádama? kamarády?… Sakra, I know it, but I just cannot say it!”

Ale víš co?

That Czech speaker in you, that one who just speaks automatically and correctly is closer than you think.

🎧 Join this experimental Telegram audio course for

speaking Czech with flow and automatic endings.

With Eliška.

"Takové drily se mi fakt fakt strašně moc líbí! I jenom s tím prvním příkladem o bramborách jsem se už něco naučil. A to, co jsem věděl předtím, to se mi upevnilo. Jo, skvělý!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"This was so cool! And even funny! I mean, who doesnt dream about brambory? You said brambory, then you added adjective vařené and you even added the pronouns and slang... that you normally have to get explained! Yes, thats great, thats what I want! I want slang, I want to speak like people are speaking! I really enjoyed this course!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

🔵 How it works:

This is a self-paced course.

You open the Telegram app.

You hear me, Eliška, say a few sentences.
And before your brain starts overthinking them, you’re already saying them with me. Out loud.

You feel the sentence in your mouth. It just flows. And it’s correct.

Suddenly, Czech grammar stops being a theory. It becomes a rhythm. Like the šalina doors closing just in time… it clicks. You’re in. ;))

📊 We don’t do tables.
📊 We don’t do theory.
📊 We do phrases that you say again and again, until they stick.

You speak with me just like that:

“To jsou moje malé děti. Bez svých malých dětí nemůžu žít. Každý den volám svým malým dětem. Miluju svoje malé děti…”

All the cases. All together. That’s the style.

🎧 Audio only though — no transcripts. Just you, your ears, your voice.

⚪ What kind of Czech do we drill?

🍠 “Dám si kuřecí řízek s těma vašima vyhlášenýma batátama.”
… and that day, when you’re ordering in your favourite restaurace, it just comes out. And it sounds… right!

💰 “S mou milovanou manželkou se často bavíme o penězích.”
… and then, at a dinner party, talking to your Czech in-laws or friends, when the topic turns serious: relationships, finance, life… You want to share your experience… and suddenly, there it is. The sentence lands. And they nod. And the conversation continue fluidly!

🧒 “Bez našich malých (ale trošku ďábelských) dětí nemůžu žít.”
… and then, someone at the park asks if you have kids. You joke, just like you would in your own language. And they laugh, not because your Czech is cute, but because it’s good. And it’s just there!

Ano!! Hurá!

These are the moments we’re after!

Not checking the grammar tables or your naškrábané poznámky in your notebook or Anki app.

But fluid, complex sentences that just leave your mouth automatically like when you say “Na zdraví!” with a beer in your hand… you don’t think about it. You just know.

That’s exactly what Let’s Drill It, Baby is here to give you.

A one-month audio course on Telegram where we train your mouth and brain to finally work together.
You’ll stop overthinking endings — and start saying them.
Automatically. Confidently. Proudly.

This idea came from you, more of you actually!

And I’m excited to try it with you.

For me, it’s fun! It’s super efficient.

For you, you don’t have to think twice or more times.

You don’t have to be searching for books, logging in your account, write the words in your always-not-where-you-look-for-notebook… :))

You just open the Telegram app.

Listen. Repeat with me in the real time, not once the exercice is over or once the friends already left… 😉

And… you realize you have just learned stuff. In just two minutes!

🔵 Why am I doing this?

Me, Eliška, even though I’m not the biggest fan of grammar learning and teaching… This is still an amazing way for us to learn Czech! Because your brain is built for this!!

You learned your first language by hearing it every day, not by filling in blanks.

  • Your brain hears patterns.
  • Picks up rhythm.
  • Forms rules in the background.

You get a phrases. You hear it. You repeat it. You say it with me. You say it again. And suddenly, one day, YOU DON’T EVEN THINK. You just say it.

🗣️ Because repeating works.
🗣️ Because speaking out loud works.
🗣️ And because drilling real Czech in context is what finally creates that click in your brain.

⚪ What level is this for?

You need to already understand Czech and have some (not perfect, though) idea about the cases and how Czech grammar works.

That’s what we are drilling here.

👉 I’m not explaining how the cases work.
👉 I speak in Czech, and you get active exercises = you listen and speak immediately. The sentences are short, slow and clear, but if you’re a just starting with Czech, you won’t follow.

You will not enjoy this course if:

  • You really really from the bottom of your heart hate grammar 🙂

  • You only want stories or comprehensible input

  • You want zero grammar focus and no drills at all

This is for people who are ready to actively practice and who want to sound correct, fluid, and clear when they speak.

💥 What will you get? AKA the Drill setup:

You will get 4*20 practical 1-3 minute audios straight to Telegram.

Each audio is a complete mini-drill focused on two sentences — used in all 6-7 cases, one in singular and one in plural

And you get both version: formal and informal.

Not boring charts. Not abstract rules. No artificial phrases. Normal human language that Czech people say. And that you will, too.

Here’s what’s inside:

1️⃣ Sentences. 7 Cases. Full Workout.
Each day focuses on 2 specific sentences — in all 7 cases. You’ll get one in singular, and one in plural.

2️⃣ Nouns, adjectives, pronouns… all together.
You’ll practice real sentence chunks using:
• nouns
• adjectives
• personal, possessive & demonstrative pronouns
(Yes, all at once, the real way Czech is spoken.)

3️⃣ Complete sentences only.
No isolated endings. Only full, useful phrases you can actually say in real life.

4️⃣ Immediate speaking, no time to overthink.
You’ll listen and repeat out loud with me, right away. Your brain and mouth start working as one.

5️⃣ Informal Czech first. Formal Czech added.
The focus is on how people really talk.
But I will explain the formal versions too.

No, a…  To je všechno :))

No grammar lessons. No theory overload.

Just small, daily drills that rewire your Czech — one sentence at a time.

If you’re ready to stop guessing, hesitating, and second-guessing every ending…
If you’re ready to speak Czech that feels right and sounds like you

This is for you.

Let’s start speaking like it’s second nature.

Let’s drill it, baby! ;))

Interesting tidbit: the illustration below depicts a “táborák”, a beloved tradition in Czechia. Friends and families gather around a campfire to relax, chat, grill buřty, and sip beer.

With slowczech, we aim to provide you with a similar atmosphere: a warm, welcoming space to meet fellow learners and practice your Czech in a no-pressure setting. Enjoy! :)
